Who we are
ROOMS 24 is a London housing and property management business. We lease and manage homes for private landlords and work with local authority housing teams to place and maintain accommodation. Our work sits in the gap between a letting agent, who lists a property and steps back, and a landlord doing everything themselves.
How we work
Terms go in writing before anything starts, in language a person can read. Every landlord gets a named contact rather than a shared inbox. Properties are maintained on a planned cycle rather than when someone complains. And when something goes wrong — which it does, in property — we tell you, rather than letting you find out.
Those four things are not a differentiator in any other industry. In this one they are.
What we are not
We are not an estate agent and we do not sell property. We do not charge landlords commission, because we are not acting as your agent — we are your tenant, on a commercial lease, with the obligations that come with it.
